To install it on your PocketPC device, follow instructions shown here:
1. Unzip the file to someplace in your computer
2. Cradle or connect your Pocket PC device
3. Open ActiveSync and select Explore
4. Copy the two .tsk files from the zip file to your PocketPC device in any folder
5. From your pocket PC, click Start -> Settings -> Today
6. Scroll down to look for either one of the themes, then click OK.
