2. Self-disclosure (Of struggles & challenges)
3. Prayer (Refuel for Ministry)

Five Areas:

1. The Inner Life of A Leader -- Are you running on the empty? Are you feeding yourself and others from a stagnant pool? Are you stressed out?
2. Mentoring -- Are you grooming others to lead? Are you holding on to the 2 Timothy 2:2 Principle? Are you going from meeting to meeting without any succession plan?
3. Handling Conflict -- When arguments about certain truths become heated, how do you stay on in the group? When you don’t see things eye to eye, do you still relate as brother to brother? How do we differ without dividing?
4. Sharing -- Are there too much discussion and too little sharing in your Care Group? How do you get your members to share not just their thoughts but their feelings and life struggles? How do you move from discussion to sharing?

5. Ministry -- Is your Care Group becoming just a meeting and less a ministry? How do you put ministry time in your Care Group? How to minister effectively?
